During the concert, I am either a camera operator to provide IMAG to our in-house projection system, or assume the role of Technical Director to decide which camera shots to choose from to show on our IMAG. If its a concert day, I assist in unloading all production equipment and setting up the complete stage setup. Depending on event timings and scheduled events, I also do an hourly check on the casinos main gaming floor to ensure that all TV screens are broadcasting current sports programs and that all audio levels are satisfactory. I then gather all the equipment necessary, whether its a laptop or a microphone, and connect everything to our in-house systems and assist in running and tearing down after the event has concluded. Before the event begins I like to meet with clients to find out what they need assistance with for their presentation. Setting up for an event is never the same, which makes things interesting.
